Begin by selecting the service that best suits your needs and the space you wish to transform. Once you have chosen which service best suits your needs a member of our expert interior design team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

2. Consultation & Planning
This is your opportunity to share your vision, detailing your space, goals, and design preferences. Whether it is a particular colour palette, style, or functionality, your designer will listen carefully and craft a plan tailored to your needs. From here, they will begin bringing your vision to life with mood boards and, for more complex projects, 3D renders.

3. Mood Board & Designs
The exciting part begins! At this stage, you will see your space start to take shape. Our designers will present a curated mood board or 3D renders, showcasing colour schemes, styles, and carefully selected products. You will have the chance to provide feedback, and for those who choose our Interior Design or Concierge services, you can make revisions to perfect every detail.

4. Delivery & Installation
Before proceeding with your order, we will discuss your specific delivery and installation needs. We will also review estimated delivery times and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your selections. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, along with a direct point of contact for any aftercare support.

5. Aftercare
With our Personal Shopping service, you will enjoy ongoing support from our expert Customer Service team. For clients who have selected the Interior Design or Concierge service, we provide a dedicated point of contact to assist with any post-purchase queries, ensuring your experience remains exceptional long after your design has been delivered.
